Is the founder of Performance Management Guild, with over 25 years of extensive experience in corporate training, education, and development. He holds a MA in Human Resource Development from Webster University and a Doctor of Education in Adult Learning from Nova Southeastern University.

For the past 15 years, Glen has consulted with a leading global producer of lime, in the areas of organizational development, talent management, coaching, competency management, and many other aspects of human performance. Glen's client industries include:
